Hi, I’m Atim, a CIM qualified Chartered Marketer and Freelance Marketing Manager at Create Sales. I help professional services, HR, recruitment, education, health and SaaS businesses across the UK and internationally turn marketing into a clear driver of growth.

Create Sales is my brand and philosophy, rooted in the belief that strong vision, mission, purpose and values should shape strategy and how marketing and sales work together.

With experience across client side and agency roles, my work aligns marketing and sales as one connected system, anchored to your business goals. I bring clarity and structure that drives results, combining strategic thinking with hands on delivery.

The outcomes are clear messaging that communicates value, a stronger and more consistent sales pipeline, and the right clients to support sustainable growth.

Marketing and Sales

Across freelance, contract and in house roles, my focus is helping B2B and B2c professional services firms attract their ideal clients and strengthen their position in the market. Work spans marketing strategy through to hands on delivery, leading multi channel campaigns that build brand visibility, generate quality leads and support conversion, growth and retention.

Previous roles include Freelance Marketing Manager for UK professional services firms; Member Success Advocate UK at The Gap HQ, a global SaaS business for accountants; Head of Marketing at Youth Employment UK; Digital Marketing Executive at HR Solutions, later acquired by WorkNest; Marketing Manager at IEPUK, International Exchange Programmes; and Sales and Marketing Manager at K&S Imaging and Display, later acquired by Leach Colour.

In the UK, national marketing campaigns and events span across accountancy, HR, health and safety compliance, recruitment and education. Internationally, marketing has supported accountancy firms and agricultural internship programmes to extend their reach across Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

In Australia, marketing and business development activity contributed to corporate relocation projects for PwC and the Australian Stock Exchange. Experience across UK and global markets brings a broad, commercially informed perspective and the ability to connect strategy with opportunity at scale.

Balance and Creativity

To unwind, I enjoy teaching yoga as well as creating and editing videos for my yoga YouTube channel Mind Body and You. I enjoy hiking, and I’m a keen indoor gardener with 45 thriving plants and counting.
