Services spanned a two-year marketing contract to promote government licensed internships reciprocated in five countries.
The aim of the international campaigns was to target 18-30 year old agricultural students and young farmers in order to increase applications for paid internships in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA and UK. PPC and Facebook marketing campaigns integrated with landing pages, call-to-actions and a bespoke sign up form more than doubled telephone enquiries, online applications and sales conversions of internships. Farms across the UK were also targeted to increase applications to host a trainee farmer with the national 'Extra Hands' email, PPC, social media and forums campaign. Social media channels included Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google+. The website formed the central hub for integrated online and offline marketing via email, social media, PPC, SEO, PR, forums, events and direct mail.
